During the local celebration of Canada Day at Bonita Bay May 29, Royal Canadian Air Force LCol Brian Murray, Canadian Detachment Commander, Continental U.S. NORAD Region, and RCAF Capt Donald Ebsary, Communication and Information Directorate, 1st AF (AFNORTH)-CONR, present Becky Johns, Bay County Sheriff’s Office Project 25 Coordinator, a check for the Christmas toy-drive charity from funds raised during the Canadian-American Golf Tournament May 17. Each year, the Canadian Detachment chooses a local community charity to benefit from the annual golf event. Previous recipients have included Guardian Ad Litem and Panama City Marine Institute.
