Canadian Armed Forces and United States Air Force students of the Primary Leadership Qualification Course 2305 come together for a graduation on December 13, 2023, at 16 Wing/Canadian Forces Base Borden, Ontario, to receive their Military Certificates of Achievement. Esteemed guests Chief Master Sergeant Bickley, Brigadier General Alexander, and Chief Hall grace the occasion to address the students, honoring and celebrating their military accomplishments.
