Glen VanHerck, commander, North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command, during a Change of Command ceremony March 31, 2023, Tyndall AFB, Fla. VanHerck, along with Gen. James H. Dickinson, commander, U.S. Space Command, and Gen. Mark Kelly, commander, Air Combat Command, officiated the CONR-1 AF (AFNORTH & AFSPACE) Change of Command.
