CAP continues training aspiring Air Force pilots through Rated Preparatory Program
The Civil Air Patrol’s U.S. Air Force Rated Preparatory Program (AF-RPP) gives CAP instructor pilots the unique opportunity to help train active-duty officers and enlisted members aspiring to fly.CAP flight instructor Capt.
