Brig. Gen. Edward D. Phelka to assume command of CAP
On Friday, Civil Air Patrol’s Board of Governors selected Brig. Gen. Edward D. Phelka, CAP’s national vice commander since 2017, to be the volunteer organization’s next national commander and CEO.
