First Air Force (Air Forces Northern) Vice Commander Flies CAP Aircraft

The aircraft arrived at Tyndall June 24, 2016, as part of CAP’s realignment from Air Education and Training Command to Air Combat Command. With the realignment, the CONR-1st AF (Air Forces Northern) commander has the authority to approve all Civil Air Patrol operational missions when CAP flies in their Air Force Auxiliary role.
