CONR deputy commander flies with CAP
BGen Alain Pelletier, Continental U.S. Aerospace Defense Region Deputy Commander, straps himself into a Florida Wing Civil Air Patrol Cessna 172, prior to a CAP mission-orientation flight May 2.
