Tech. Sgt. Lisa Wood participates in a focus group on the Western Air Defense Sector's efforts to prevent sexual assault Aug. 4 as a part of the Unit Effectiveness Inspection Capstone event. Wood was named an outstanding performer in the UEI for her work in the WADS Records Management Office. WADS received a highly effective rating from the Air Combat Command Inspector General for their UEI. The UEI inspected four major graded areas—Managing Resources, Leading People, Improving the Unit and Executing the Mission.
