Col. Pete Stavros, commander of the Western Air Defense Sector, briefs during the Unit Effectiveness Inspection Capstone event held Aug. 1 through Aug. 6 at Joint Base Lewis-McChord and Camp Murray, Wash. WADS received a highly effective rating from the Air Combat Command Inspector General for their UEI. The UEI inspected four major graded areas—Managing Resources, Leading People, Improving the Unit and Executing the Mission.
