Royal Canadian Air Forces LCol Larry Weir, outgoing Canadian Detachment Commander, congratulates Royal Canadian Air Forces Maj David Kruger, Continental U.S. Aerospace Defense Region-1st Air Force (Air Forces Northern) Intelligence Directorate, after presenting him with the Canadian Forces’ Decoration Clasp, prior to the Canadian Detachment Change of Command Ceremony May 18.
