Canadian Det changes command

Royal Canadian Air Forces LCol Larry Weir, outgoing Canadian Detachment Commander, congratulates Royal Canadian Air Forces Maj David Kruger, Continental U.S. Aerospace Defense Region-1st Air Force (Air Forces Northern) Intelligence Directorate, after presenting him with the Canadian Forces’ Decoration Clasp, prior to the Canadian Detachment Change of Command Ceremony May 18. The decoration is awarded to members of the Canadian Forces of all ranks who have completed 12 years of service with a record of good conduct.
