NORAD and U.S. Northern Command commander tours Hurricane Michael recovery efforts

Lt. Gen. R. Scott Williams, 1st Air Force (Air Forces Northern) – Continental U.S. NORAD Region Commander, discusses Gen. Terrence O’Shaughnessy, Commander, Northern American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command, about 1st Air Force post Hurricane Michael recovery operations during O’Shaughnessy’s visit here Nov. 27.
