Scott Williams, Continental U.S. NORAD Region-1st Air Force (Air Forces Northern) Commander, shares his perspective about leadership with senior airmen and staff sergeants from across the enterprise during a “Focus 4/5 Seminar,” March 27 here. The two-day seminar is a CONR-1st AF (AFNORTH) leadership-development initiative designed to provide Professional Military Education continuity for the time between Airman Leadership School and the Noncommissioned Officers Academy.
