TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. --  Lt. Gen. R. Scott Williams, Commander, Continental U.S. NORAD Region-1st Air Force (Air Forces Northern), greets Lt. Gen. Jeffrey Buchanan, Commander, U.S. Army North (Fifth Army), during Buchanan’s visit July 11-12.
