RELIGIOUS SUPPORT Air Forces Northern can also stand up Religious Support Teams in affected areas. These RSTs are responsible for advising leadership in an operational environment on the status of spiritual and emotional welfare of unit members and their families. RSTs offer Critical Incident Stress Management and Debriefing's to anyone affected by a traumatic situation to allow those affected to talk about their emotions.
